I am doomed to use VMS for a while and am desperately trying to get
GNU emacs set up on it.  (I'm not doomed to use ONLY VMS; I do have
Unix access too.  But there are some things I must do on VMS!)  I have
emacs running but mail, rmail, and interactive shells don't work.  I
have heard that there are fixes for these which make them work under
VMS; is this true?  If so, could some kind soul please send them to
me?
