(like the one for BDF, in the X Window System, for instance) Moveover, are there already a lot of converters from and to this format. A general question now: what do you think is the most used font format in the computer industry today, either for bitmap fonts (BDF, LASERJET, WIN3..) or for outline (Type1, F3, Royal...).
