Could anyone with info on AT&T C++R2.1 answer some questions?

1.) Is it available (and how long has it been available??)

2.) What's new about it? Just bug fixes?

3.) What's the cost? Our university has a liscence for C++ 2.0 --
    do we buy 2.1 from scratch? Or is there a reduced rate if you
    just want an update?
