Whatever the format that is finally chosen, PLEASE BREAK THE DOCUMENT INTO MANAGEABLE SECTIONS. Use chapters and includes with MS WORD [TM] or similar ploys to make document management possible on a computer without extra memory beyond 640 K conventional memory!
