Concerning the recent discussion on Prolog and arrays, F. Pereira 
kindly supplied me with the reference to Eriksson and Rayner to which 
he alluded in his posting.  We don't have it.  Is it  
available in electronic form from the authors (if you're out there)? 
Or in reprint form?  If #2, and you're viewing this, please e-mail me
