All of them, and apply them in order too.  Each one takes you
one level at a time.

Also, be sure your patch is at least this version:
$Header: patch.c,v 2.0.1.6 88/06/22 20:46:39 lwall Locked $
Patch level: 12

as some of the earlier versions cannot handle all the features
used in the patches.
