From my .mh_profile:

editor: jove
jove-next: ispell
ispell-next: jove

This will put you in an edit/ispell loop.  If you'd prefer to do it
all in one shot, you could write a small script that executes your
editor immediately followed by ispell.  Put the name of this script
in the editor: line.
