One other option is available. If you want your mail for the well connected site to go direct, but want your other mail to use your cheaper links, you can declare the link to the well connected site to be terminal by enclosing the site name in angle brackets (<>), like so: you (500), cheap(DIRECT+FAST), ... This tells pathalias not to route any mail through well-connected unless that is the final destination.
