I would like to have better control over who can forward mail through
my site.  For example, I would like to be able to prevent site 'x'
from forwarding mail through me to uunet; or be able to allow site 'y' to
forward mail through me to uunet only if the mail originated at 'y',
rather than a site further downstream.  Is this possible?  "Managing
UUCP and Usenet" tells me I can only control forwarding of files
through my system, not mail.

My environment is SVR3.2, HDB, and smail 2.5.
