Message-ID: <2874@elrond.CalComp.COM> Date: 29 Aug 90 14:54:27 GMT Organization: Calcomp, A Lockheed Company, Hudson, NH, USA Lines: 30 I've recently downloaded cvs (Concurrent Versions Systems) My first question, has anybody made this work? I'm still pouring through the docs, so the answer might still be there. According to the README, this works with RCS v4. I've installed RCS v4 and the GNU diff / diff3 files on a Sun server running SUNos 4.0.3. The simple tests that I ran, ci / co, suggested that there was no problems. The README also says that the code was tested on a Sun-4 platform running SUNos 4.X. I can't 'checkin' the distribution. ci gives me: WARNING: Creating new file cvs/src/options.c ci error: Date 90.08.29.10.38.14 is not later than 90.08.29.10.38.14 in existing revision 1.1 ERROR: Check-in of /home1/shodsdon/.CVS/cvs/src/options.c,v failed - borting If I try to 'checkin' a directory that contains an RCS directory, checkin appears to hang.
