I'm not relly sure of the old units, but I have a schematic & I'll get back to you on it. As I recall, the 83 units only have one serial on the back panel and no internal modem. So, I'd assume that one half of the SIO is for the port and the other half is the keyboard. That might get you going. Catch up with you soon. . . Ronn
