Message-ID: Date: 26 Aug 90 21:47:57 GMT Organization: Montgomery Consultants, Inc. Lines: 15 In the FAQ, it said Minix worked on a Compaq 386. I have a 386s with a Conner IDE drive. Has anyone gotten a 386s to work on Minix, or does the Compaq 386 have the same hard drive as the 386s? Also, is there a devicer-driver kit out for Minix, and if so, (generally) is it hard to write drivers for hard drives? I have a Plus International Passport removable drive, and would like to know if I can write a driver for it (or hopefully one's already written!). Sorry if these questions have been asked before...
