Sure!  Princeton University runs an excellent service called BITFTP.
Send a message saying only 'HELP' to bitftp@pucc.bitnet or
bitftp@pucc.princeton.edu for more information.

The service will accept ftp requests to any Internet site and mail the 
results back to you.  -David-
