Toolbook, a product of Asymetrix, will do all of the above with aplomb, 
although you will need a VideoLogic card for _some_ of the video stuff. 
Currently available only on windows 3.0, Asymetrix will release an OS/2 
version in the fourth quarter of this year. You can reach Asymetrix at 
(206) 637-1500 (voice), (206)451-1173 (the BBS, 8 data, 1 stop, no parity, 
Hayes <= 2400). 
I can't vouch for Plus, but Toolbook _is_ a wonderful product.
