The message on the LCD is PAPER OUT. We have checked the paper tray, the paper level, and the printing cartridge, and all look fine. Before we call repair, is there anything simple we can check. I looked in the paper tray slot, and there is a black plastic finger hanging loosely down, and freely moveable. Compared to another HPLJII in our office, it looks the same. Thanks in advance. -- Michael Volow, Psychiatry, Durham VA Med Center, Durham NC 27712 919 286 0411 Ext 6933 mvolo@ecsvax.edu
