Yes, this is a stupid question!  I though that RFC's were available
from sri-nic.arpa (nic.ddn.mil).  I FTP'd there but can't figure out
how to manipulate my way through the directory structure...  Can
someone e-mail me the correct procedure for retrieving RFC's?
