The card would have to support receiving an event, storing the time in a 1-deep buffer, issuing an interrupt, and continuing to count while the interrupt to read the event time is being serviced. Preferably it would also have an error bit set if the buffer wasn't read before another event ocurred and it should interrupt on the time reaching zero. In other words, your basic timer card that could easily be built around a AM9513 chip. Does anyone know of any BESIDES the one by GW Instruments?
