I am interested in the practical problems people have encountered 
in requirements capture and analysis and whether these problems
could of been avoided if they used some form of AI technique.

If anyone out there has used knowledge elicitation and manipulation 
techniques, I would also be interested in the problems they have encountered 
and how they were overcome.
