I'd asked yesterday about the EMACS.HLP file for MicroEmacs 3.10.
I found it.  Oddly, it is one one of my machines, but not the
other.  It unpacked on the machine I use at work, but on the
identical (home) machine, it was not there.  This was from working
with the same archive.  

The important thing is that I found it, and can copy it over to
my other machine.  Sorry for consuming space with this.
