The US TAG of WG15 is looking into the issue of time zone names
and abbreviations in common use around the world, and the relationship
of such usage to various aspects of POSIX standards.  

I would appreciate any input, comments, experiences, TZ name lists, etc
which readers of this newsgroup might supply.
