That all depends on us, the end buyers. If software companies charge sky
high prices for software and we pay it, then yep, they will stay high.

If we don't pay it, either:
The company goes elsewhere, or
They charge less.

But I don't think they will be as high as a Mac. I think the Mac developers
look at the Mac users and think 'Sheeee-oooo! Lookit the prices these rubes
paid for their hardware, I bet we kin charge a bundle on software and they
will pay it. They's rollin' in bucks."
