It has a great picture and a composite input, but doesn't handle overscan correctly. I believe you will have a border on any VGA monitor just about. The 1950 however is speacially designed, and therefore has no "border". The dot pitch is .31, pretty good, and the monitor actually looks nice, so I recommend it. Duane Fields
