A quick plea for assistance ... Does anyone know of an ftp site with 
'Disksalve' somewhere in it's archives ?? I've tried the usual sites 
that I have addresses for, but no luck. 

Disksalve, if I recall correctly, is a utility for salvaging files from 
damaged disks, which was authored and released into the public domain 
by * David Haynie *.
