  Yes, SA4D does work under 1.3 on the A3000.  I have a 6Meg A3000 (2 CHIP,
  4 FAST) and have been running SA4D under 1.3 for about 3 months now with
  no problems.  Under 2.0 the main problem I saw was that I could only work
  with VERY small models and render low resolution modes to the screen.  I
  render most of my stuff to 24 bit files and then convert them to Dynamic
  Hi-Res and this has been working great (using 1.3).
