This is in regards to Larry Virden's post about an xfer program.
Since so many people seem interested I thought I'd post this.
SoftSpoken puts out Cross-Works, which does a great job of xfering
between several MS-DOS formats and the Apple 2. I know that this isn't
exactly what you are looking for but since this company specializes in
transfering files ( and seems to do a good job with what they have turned
out) it might be worth each of us dropping them a letter asking for 
these type programs.
