What EXACTLY do I need to VIEW a file with a .TEX extender (Basically,
the file in question is the documentation to arcgsh3.0)

I don't want the complete TeX or LaTeX or whatever if not needed.

Only something to VIEW TeX files.

What and WHERE can I get them?
