   I have some 1 megabit RAMS that I would like to put in my ST
   to upgrade but I'm not sure iff they'll work.
   My question is:
	Which ones do I use and will my
   	Hitachi HM51000-10 (100 ns) parts work ?

   I hope that there is somebody out there that has done thier own
   home brew megabit upgrades. 
   I have done a home brew 256k bit upgrade to 1 meg but would now like
   to remove it and put the 1m bit chips in for 2.5 megs.

   WISH: If someone has done it with 51000, can you tell how to wire
	 these puppies up ?
