For interested people, the formula is X(k+1) = X(k) * 2851130928467 (mod 10^15) . Observe that there is no addition; this makes it a little bit harder to apply the spectral test, because it has to be adapted (otherwise I would have done it myself). Did anybody at HP already do it?
