It sounds like you have the equivalent of the Orchid ProDesigner Plus.
Tseng has not yet written the Win 3.0 driver for that card (according to
Orchid), but there is supposedly one in the works.  If you call Orchid
Technology they will probably be able to put you on the mailing list for the
new driver.  I don't have the number off hand, but they are located in Fremont,
CA (area code 414, I believe).

P.S.  Their new card, the ProDesigner II, already has Win 3.0 support.
