I have posted a help for IDE low level format.  I would like
to thank those netter replied, especially Greg.  

I find the low level format utility from Western Digital Bulletin
Board (714)756-8176.  They have many more informations there.

From Norton Information, the disk rated 3.6 (without Disk Manager)
instead of 2.6 (with DM).
