Is there any harm if I tell DOS (via CONFIG.SYS's DRIVER.SYS) that it is not a removable device? Windows 3.0 does not want to put a permanent swap file on the Bernoulli - FileManager sees it as a (big) floppy. I was hoping to make this work since it has a 25ms effective access time. I am using the IOmega cache utility /or/ Microsoft SmartDrive, too.
