When I exit PCTOOLS 5.1 Shell (resident mode), I get the following message
on the screen (in big letters)

off board parity error
hex address 0000:0002
system halted.

warm reboots do not allow the system to restart.  the reset button or power
off/on allows the system to boot again OK.  The error is repeatable if I enter
the shell using the hotkey and then attempt to exit.

I am using a 386/25 with a 387, VGA, Modem, serial, hard drive, 2 floppies.
I removed the modem and serial card, no change in behavior.  I can't
really remove the other cards or I won't be able to see or boot.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
