I'm looking for information about a product called "Hold Everything" from South Mountain Software, or any other product which works in the same way. Hold Everything allows a program to "shell" to another program, swapping your program to disk, or EMS memory. What I need to do is allow other applications to be run from my software until a certain time comes along (this part is already dealt with via a trap on int 8) or when a comm interrupt occurs. (This is also dealt with in int 8's ISR). What I want to know, if anyone has used it, how freindly is this package to the rest of the system and the application. (Does it steal interrupts that are normally available? Does it steal system vectors and if so are they chained to the previous ISR?) If anyone has used this or a similar package I would be interested in your experiences. Cheers!
