Lines: 27 The Portfolio Editor has word wrap and search and replace and lines can be cut and pasted from other applications such as the spreadsheet. I wouldn't really call it a word processor. Atari calls it an Editor on the menu. I use it for notes and todo lists. On another note, I have been pleased with the amount of documentation I have gotten from ATARI on the Portfolio. The owners manual has a complete description of the format of all of the data files used by the applications in the appendix. The Technicial Reference manual is a small book that describes the DIFFERENCES between the Portfolio and the IBM-PC. It has programming examples and hardware accessory examples and comes with emulation software for am IBM-PC (emulates the Portfolio on the PC not the other way around !!). Price is about $60. stan ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~ Stan Witherspoon ~ Disclaimer ~ ~ Systems Technology Division ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~ Hewlett Packard Company ~ These are my ~ ~ 8010 Foothills Blvd. ~ personal opinions ~ ~ Roseville Ca. 95678 ~ and do not represent ~ ~ Phone: (916) 785-5071 ~ the views of anyone ~ ~ RF: N6SCE ~ or anything else ~ ~ Email: ucbvax!hplabs!hprpcd!stan ~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
