Why is printing on an ImageWriter II dreadfully slow with MultiFinder 6.1.4,
System 6.0.4 on a Macintosh SE when printing is at a reasonable speed using
Finder?  Is there anything that I can do to speed up printing, other than
switching between Multifinder and Finder?  Please send replies to me and
I will summarize if there is sufficient interest.
