I would like to connect a Epson dot-matrix printer to a Mac.

The printer has a standard parallel port.

What cables do I need?  Software packages?  Is there something
already available?  I've seen things in various magazines, but
their descriptions are very vague.  What's what?  Can I get
"true" compatability.  What about MacWrite, MacPaint, MacDraw?

Has anyone done this before?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
