Our site did not seem to receive parts 1 and 2 of tech note 280.  Also,
for some reason Tech Notes 265 and 256 were un-BinHexable and unstuffable
but not openable.

If someone has good versions of these and the parts of TN280 we didn't
get, please email them to me and I'll see that they are made available
to others at this location.
