Dear John -
  RMaker is fairly well dead.  The last engineering work was done on it back
in the Spring of 1987 (I know because I was the product manager back then).
  If you are using MPW Assembler, then you should also have Rez, which is 
the new resource compiler.  If you are not using MPW, I don't know where to
send you.
