Try Kanjitalk 6.0.4, EgWord, EgBook (by ErgoSoft, available from Qualitas
Trading Co. in Berkeley CA), and any NT or NTX printer.  Osaka Bitmap font
will print on a standard mac printer, though you can get the NTXJ board
upgrade directly from Appple.  The NTX-J has a 40mb hard drive that
has all Kanji and English fonts for postscript. Hope this helps!
