Lines: 17 There was a user having trouble with Excel and later, Word. I tried lots of software things, but when I swapped his Plus with another Plus the problems disappeared. So I suspect a memory error. It has 2.5 megs, and had worked fine for ..., but had occasional problems developing, getting worse until recently when it's been real bad. There has been no known problems with any other applications. It seems to be a memory error (if you think otherwise, tell me!) so hopefully you (yes you) can send me either a memory checker, or a lead on where to get one. I already tried one, but it was current when 128K Macs were current (The sad mac icon doesn't appear anymore (yes it went nasty on the Plus)).
