Ignore that last message I sent about GFX not working with CSTools for a
MK015 with a 30k monitor. We spotted a bug in the example program
which we were issued with (i.e. the documentation). We corrected this and
everything appears to work fine now.

For those who have a similar setup, the bug is that in the example program
config.c the variable mon15_30k is #define'd to be 2 when it should be 1.
The variable mon15_50k should be #define'd to anything as long as it is not
1 (if you've got a 30k monitor that is).
