Here are the settings that work for my Z386/16 with a WD ethernet card.  I will
let you decipher the command line...

WD8003E 0x60 5 0x280 0xd00

If I remember correctly, 5 is the IRQ, oxd000 is the memory address, 0x280
is the I/O.
