I'd say the bounced digest makes an excellent start for this newsgroup.

(To those on the mailing list side who aren't yet aware: The USENET
newsgroup comp.unix.wizards has been renamed comp.unix.internals.
Hopefully this will cut down on the flood of new USENET users saying
``Help, all you wizards out there, I have a UNIX question...'')
