I am attempting to get our DS3100 to call out for uucp connections
thru a Hayes-compatible 2400. I was not too thrilled when I found it
was unsupported.

Has anyone been able to get something similar operational? The dialer
included with UWS 2.2D seems to dial before the modem goes off hook.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

BTW, We received our 3100 two weeks ago with UWS 2.2D. I thought 4.0 
was the current version? How do we get the latest version? Our local 
DEC.rep has no idea :-(.
