He wondered that since owners of OpenWindows 1.0 automagically received updates to 1.0.1, would they also receive an OpenWindows 2.0 upgrade for free? I answered a definite NO! Since then, my Sun technical representative corrected me and said YES -- such updates are automatic...and free! So I called our Customer Support Representative and she said NO -- the policy has changed. So I called the West Coast Tape Distribution Center and got two NOs -- the policy has changed and you must buy the new version. Suffice it to say Sun is confused on this.
