I have PS2 70's and 80's, VGA and 8513, 60 and 300 mB hd, 3 and 8 mb memory
respectively.  

Well, I want to debug win3 apps, but unfortunately I need a secondary 
video card and monitor.   What do you suggest?  I want something very 
inexpensive yet effective.  I read in this weeks pc week that ati has a 
new vga card that should have a street price of $60.

I am interested in your MCA development configuration.
