If I remember correctly the upgrade price was $100 plus $10 for 
shipping.  (THis in the US direct from Corel)

And the upgrade price was well worth it.  The Corel Trace program
is fabulous and the ability to access the extra memory made a big 
difference in speed.

Just my opinion.  Get the upgrade.
