I called Corel in Canada to ask about the upgrade and they told me the
1.1 to 1.2 upgrade would cost approximately $100 (I don't remember the
exact amount).  They indicated that aside from Win3 support, the new 
version includes a "far superior" bitmap autotrace function.  I haven't
ordered the upgrade yet, but $100 didn't seem exhorbitant to me.
