The anonymous ftp traffic on cica has been incredible; we're averaging
over 300 ftp users per day.  With that and all the files we now have,
some organization had to be done.

So I've organized things a bit (with the encouragement of several
users).  We now have subdirectories!  I've created the following
directories under pub/pc/win3:

		bmp
		fonts
		games
		icons
		misc
		util
		video

Anyone uploading to the archives are encouraged, indeed forced :), to use
the "uploads" directory.  (Please don't forget to type "tenex" before
"put"ting a binary file!)

My thanks to all of you who have helped make this ftp site so useful.
