I am developing an application using Asymetrix' Toolbook.
Unfortunately, I have run into a problem with the 64K limit
imposed on imported bit mapped images. As a result, I am
looking for a dynamic link library to incorporate
into my Toolbook application.  A DDE solution is less
desirable but I would be interested in hearing from you
if you have any ideas.

What I need is a "simplistic" image processing program that 
can zoom and pan across scanned in images.  I need to be
able to "protect" the users from editing the image files, as well.
